Ann Marie Didailler

Lead Project Manager

As a young girl, Ann Marie Didailler watched with fascination as her father designed and built their family home. The experience sparked a passion for construction that still exists today, evidenced in the enthusiasm and unparalleled service she delivers in her role of Lead Project Manager at West Village GC.

After completing her studies in Fine Art and Communications at The College of New Jersey, Ann Marie launched her career in Interior Design, managing projects for clients ranging from residential home dwellers to Fortune 500 companies. The work was rewarding, and she delighted in the creativity and aesthetics that defined it. She also embraced the opportunity to partner with architects and contractors which has led to a deeper knowledge and understanding of the construction process.

After several years in construction - oriented energy and green building services and earning the distinction of becoming New Jersey’s first female Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) certified inspector, Ann Marie returned to her real area of expertise: managing complex, multifaceted design/build projects. She takes special pride in residential projects and playing her part in delivering Manhattan clients with a beautiful, inviting haven amidst the bustle of the world’s busiest island on time and on budget.

At West Village GC, Ann Marie brings a unique combination of artistic sensibility and meticulous, unwavering attention to detail. Responsible for monitoring each step of the project life cycle from inception to completion, she maintains impeccable organization and supports the company’s commitment to quality, accuracy and accountability.

Ann Marie lives in Manhattan with her husband, French-born professional chef Hervé Didailler. When not enjoying culinary adventures both at home and abroad, the couple promote animal welfare initiatives as well as volunteers for the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
