Meat Packing District

Collector’s Showcase.

Comfort and luxury; these are the words the sum up the home we built on West 13th Street.

Designed around the clients collection of Andy Warhol’s and Jean-Michel Basquiat paintings the colors, textures and materials complement the art perfectly.

Keeping the original architectural details of the “printing factory”, iron beams, iron columns and the 100 year old maple floors and adding the rich depth of aniline dye and multiple coats of hand rubbed Tung oil to the wood allowed us to create the perfect gallery of warmth, comfort and luxury.

Dorn Bracht fixtures, Phillip Jeffery's wallpaper antique Italian hardware and Farrow & Ball Paint helped complete this sumptuous renovation.
