Leszek Grabowski

Leszek Grabowski

Head of Field Operations

Leszek Grabowski is the Head of Field Operations at West Village GC and a veteran of more than 400 beautiful residential renovations. Leszek has been with us for more than a decade and embodies both our core values and the Luxury Build Method. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Lidiann Yang

Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Lidiann is central to our success. From ensuring our books and records are accurate to managing all aspects of invoicing, payroll, and cash flow, she wears many hats in the West Village General Contracting offices. When she’s not helping us run our business, Lidiann devotes herself to her faith and her family including her husband and their two young daughters.

Kevina Kara

Assistant Project Manager

When it comes understanding the ins and outs of our projects and seeing them through, we go to Kevina. Kevina oversees our project estimates, plans, and specifications as well as the scheduling of subcontractors and material deliveries. In her spare time - when she’s not traveling or visiting her family in the UK and India, Kevina is developing a food blog chronicling her adventures in the kitchen.

Devang Patel

Devang Patel

Assistant Project Manager

With a Masters in Civil Engineering, Devang is an Assistant Project Manager and is in charge of day to day project activities which includes coordinating with Project Managers, Clients, Design Teams, Sub Contractors and Vendors for seamless execution of projects. Devang, a new arrival to the US, previously lived in Kenya, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. The son of a general Contractor in Kenya, his past experiences in the Construction and Real Estate industries have nurtured in him a passion for delivering high-quality projects with enhanced efficiency. Devang also has an interest in sustainable housing that he gained volunteering with Habitat for Humanity in Vietnam.

Guil Villar

Guil Villar

Assistant Project Manager

The son of general Contracor in Brazil, Guil Villar is an Assistant Project Manager and his main responsibilities include placing orders for site materials, coordinating timely deliveries, and keeping our documentation and information organized so that all our team members can stay up to date. A surfer since he was 8 years old, Guil has traveled to over 30 countries and along the way picked up a love not only of new cultures, but of local dishes.
