There are so many amazing relationships that develop when building someone’s home. Creating a home for someone living in another part of the world requires a level of trust from the client that lends itself to long term relationships.

This couple entrusted the West Village GC team to take care of building their Manhattan home while they continued to live in California for the duration of the entire project. It is a pleasure and a privilege to receive that trust and to honor the relationship by delivering perfection on time and on budget.
