Manhattan Luxury Residential Construction for Out-of-State & International Designers

West Village GC is a Manhattan general contractor working with interior designers, architects and clients based outside New York – from Miami and California to London and beyond. We provide the local construction leadership required to execute complex, high-end Manhattan residences while the design team remains based elsewhere.

You do not need to be in New York to successfully design a home here. You need the right construction partner who is.

For a designer working outside New York, the risk isn’t distance itself. It’s what happens when nobody on the ground takes ownership of the entire construction problem.

We manage building approvals, DOB requirements, logistics, trades, procurement, field conditions and construction sequencing while protecting the integrity of your design and the relationship you’ve built with your client.

You stay focused on the design and the client. We hold the construction problem in Manhattan.
